"I saw Michelle to help with getting pregnant alongside IVF treatment following numerous failed IVF attempts and unexplained infertility. I was skeptical I’ll happily admit, but I can honestly say I think Michelle was the deciding factor to IVF actually finally working and we now have a beautiful miracle baby girl! Michelle made me feel not only very relaxed and less anxious vs other rounds (each treatment made me feel like I had had a two hour massage) but like I had someone to talk to that actually cared and listened to my thoughts/ what I thought was happening, giving me a safe place to cry and rant etc. I wish I had gone there earlier or even before I did my 1st ever ivf treatment ..."

"Hello Michelle
I had to write to say thank you so much for helping me beat the pain of plantar fasciitis in my left foot. After the first treatment you said to wait 48 hours and almost to the minute the pain seemed to ebb away to 50% of what I had been experiencing. Now after three more treatments I am left with only about 20% of the pain, which is bearable and I know that over time this will decrease. Thank you also for recommending stretching exercises which I feel really help reduce the pain and are helping to heal the tendons. I am starting to go back out on my walks again, something I thought I would be months away from. I had no idea acupuncture could be so effective! I shall definitely be back next time I have an ache or pain.

"I first saw Michelle for fertility support in 2020. The treatment was instrumental in helping me tune into and relax my body, enabling me to regain my periods and get pregnant. At 39 weeks pregnant I was booked in for a sweep with my midwife to help induce labour and in an effort to try to avoid this I went back to Michelle. Within 15 minutes of the treatment I started having cramping pains in my back and stomach and after a few of these occurring at regular intervals Michelle realised I was in labour and we quickly called my husband. 14 hours later my baby boy was born! Whilst I had upmost confidence in Michelle I really didn't expect it to work so quickly and can't thank her enough for helping me to have a natural and positive birth.
Michelle provides a relaxed and calm environment, making you feel at ease whilst maintaining a professional approach to the treatment and health and safety, something I really appreciated when visiting her whilst pregnant.
I honestly can't recommend her enough!"

Since being home have spent time with Michelle having general well-being sessions as well a treatment on a specific nerve related foot problem. The foot treatment has cleared up a major issue with my foot and avoided planned surgery - brilliant result. I'd thoroughly recommend acupuncture for both general health and specific conditions

"I had ongoing pain in my left hip for a number of months that physiotherapy and intensive exercises was not resolving so I decided to try acupuncture as it had helped me with sinus issues in the past. Michelle was recommended to me via a facebook group so I decided to make an appointment. At the first consultation she took a detailed history of both my physical and emotional health as she believes in treating the person as a whole rather than just the symptoms. This happened to be a very stressful time for me as I was going through an acrimonious separation. Michelle was empathatic but always highly professional. She was very gentle and the treatment never hurt. In fact I regularly fell asleep and left her treatment room very calm and relaxed. She was able to get deeper into the hip and glute muscles to resolve the issue and alliviate the pain completely. I have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and will definitely be going to her again if and when I have any other issues.”

"I have been seeing Michelle for my fibromyalgia for a couple of months. I started seeing her as she was recommended to me. I made my appointment without much hope of success as I'd already resigned myself to being in constant pain having tried many different treatments. I am shocked at the difference that Michelle has made to me. Now I only get limited pain at times and feel better than I had ever thought possible. It is a huge relief to know that when I wake up in the morning I will be able to stand up without my legs collapsing underneath me in pain. "I have been having acupuncture treatments for my skin with Michelle for over a year and a half now. When I first started having the treatments, my skin was horrendous and I used to feel really self-conscious. Since then, my hormones have calmed down, my skin heals a lot quicker and my acne scars are gradually disappearing. Through Michelle telling me which foods can aggrevate acne - it lead me to get an allergy test and I found out I was allergic to dairy which had a big part to play with why my skin got so bad. I still get occasional outbreaks but they have definitely reduced and are nowhere near like they used to be. It's also very relaxing!"

"On a recent Christmas Eve, my teenage daughter complained of severe earache. With all the shops and the surgery closed for several days I didn't know what to do apart from give her pain killers through the holiday period, so I decided to call Michelle Estruch to ask her for some advice. She kindly offered to treat my daughter at her consulting rooms that evening. Using acupuncture needles she miraculously cured the pain and we were able to continue with our festivities without the need for pain killers or emergency doctors. Michelle is quite remarkable!"
